crab salad (GF & Paleo)
Ingredients
- 2 Alaska king crab legs, cooked, shelled & chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped thinly
- 1 Tbs. mayonnaise (use Paleo mayo--check out the recipe from Nom Nom Paleo)
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions

| Prep your crab by shelling and chopping to desired size. |

| Mix mayo, green onion, celery, salt & pepper into the crab. |
3.

| Refrigerate for about an hour to let flavors blend. |
4.
|
| Serve in lettuce wraps, on cucumber rounds or with gluten free crackers. |
