  • 1 1/2 c. ice cubes, preferably crushed
  • 2 Tbs. gluten free oats
  • 3 Tbs. almond butter (I like using Justin's Maple Almond butter)
  • 1/2 c. almond milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder


There are lots of recipes on the internet for "no bake cookie smoothie" and this is a variation of that. My kids LOVE this smoothie and so do I!


1. Put everything in a blender and blend it until it is the consistency of a frappe.
2. Drink up!
