  • 1 box Zatarain's gluten free jambalaya mix (don't judge--this is for a quick weeknight meal!)
  • 1-2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1 package gluten free sausages, sliced (I use Johnsonville chicken sausage)
  • 1-2 c. raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • green onion, diced


1. Heat water to a boil; add chicken, sausage and contents of Zatarain's jambalaya package.
2. Bring to boil; once boiling, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Add shrimp & green onion and cook another 10 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
