Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 bunch green onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, sent through press
  • 2 c. fresh green beans, cleaned & cut
  • 1 small napa cabbage, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. gluten free fish sauce
  • 2 tsp. tamari
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. sriracha
  • 1/2 c. - 1 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped

Note

I modified this recipe from one I saw in a Weight Watchers magazine a few years back. My kids LOVE this recipe.

Directions

1. Saute garlic & green onion in oil.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except basil; cool until vegetables are of desired tenderness.
3. Add basil & stil to mix in.
4. Serve as-is or on jasmine rice.
