Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, ground turkey, moose or bison
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans beans, drained & rinsed (I usually use northern and kidney beans)
- 1/3 c. chili powder
- 1 Tbs. cumin powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
1.

| Saute meat with onion, garlic & green pepper. Drain fat off. |

| Mix remaining ingredients and let simmer on low, stirring occasionally, for about 2 hours. |
3.

| Eat topped with cheese, sour cream & green onions. |
