Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free tamari (Tamari is a wheat-free gluten-free soy sauce. I use San-J brand. )
- 3/4 cups Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon ground or shredded ginger (pickled ginger also works)
- 3-4 Garlic cloves, sent through press

1. | Mix all ingredients and let sit at least an hour before using. *great for marinating salmon, chicken or stir-frying veggies. |
