Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, sent through a press
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 3/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a canning jar or storage container; shake well.
2. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to let flavors blend.
3. Toss on salad & serve!
