Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 1 bunch green onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, sent through press
- 2 c. fresh green beans, cleaned & cut
- 1 small napa cabbage, chopped
- 2 Tbs. gluten free fish sauce
- 2 tsp. tamari
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. sriracha
- 1/2 c. - 1 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped
Note
I modified this recipe from one I saw in a Weight Watchers magazine a few years back. My kids LOVE this recipe.
Directions

| Saute garlic & green onion in oil. |

| Add all remaining ingredients except basil; cool until vegetables are of desired tenderness. |

| Add basil & stil to mix in. |
4.

| Serve as-is or on jasmine rice. |
