Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled & sliced thinly
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 sliced jalapeno, seeds & membrane discarded
- 2-3 Tbs sugar
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
Directions
1. | Peel & slice cucumbers. Toss with salt. | |
2. | Add remaining ingredients to cucumbers; stir well and refrigerate at least a few hours before serving. |
