chocolate almond smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. ice cubes, preferably crushed
- 2 Tbs. gluten free oats
- 3 Tbs. almond butter (I like using Justin's Maple Almond butter)
- 1/2 c. almond milk
- 1 1/2 Tbs. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
Note
There are lots of recipes on the internet for "no bake cookie smoothie" and this is a variation of that. My kids LOVE this smoothie and so do I!
Directions
1.

| Put everything in a blender and blend it until it is the consistency of a frappe. |
