gluten free chicken satay
gluten free chicken satay, Thai satay, curry
Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 c. tamari
- fresh squeezed juice of one lime
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. gluten free curry powder
- 4-5 cloves garlic, sent through press
- sriracha hot sauce or other hot sauce, to taste
Directions

| Mix all ingredients in a resealable bag; add chicken. Marinate at least a few hours or overnight. |

| Preheat grill and cook chicken until thoroughly cooked. You can also broil in an oven if you don't have a grill, turning half way through cooking. |

| Serve over rice with Thai cucumber salad. Top with peanut sauce (I use Thai Kitchen brand's mix). |
