gluten free shrimp tacos

  • 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. tequila
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 Tbs. chopped cilantro
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, sent through press
  • sea salt to taste
  • corn tortillas, sour cream, avocado or other toppings


1. Peel, devein & rinse shrimp.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss with shrimp; let marinate about 15 minutes.
3. In a pan over medium high heat, saute shrimp for a few minutes until cooked and the tails curl. Do not overcook or they will be chewy.
4. Serve on corn tortillas topped with avocado, cilantro, sour cream or whatever you want to add.
