Ingredients
- 9 c. gluten free waffle-style cereal (I use Chex rice cereal)
- 1 6-oz. bag non-dairy chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 c. non-dairy butter
- 2 tsp. gluten free vanilla extract
- 2 c. powdered sugar
Directions
1. | Measure out cereal and place in a large mixing bowl. | |
2. | Melt non-dairy butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter in a saucepan. | |
3. | Once melted and smooth, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. | |
4. | Let cereal & chocolate mixture cool for a few minutes and then toss with powdered sugar. | |
5. | Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator. |
