Ingredients
- 1/2 c. nondairy powdered soy, rice or coconut milk
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. gluten free vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

| Whisk powdered nondairy milk with sugar; place in saucepan. |

| Whisk in hot water & salt over medium heat. |

| Bring to a boil and let boil until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. |

| Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and let cool. |
5.
|
| Use as you would use canned sweetened condensed milk. (Keeps for a few days in the refrigerator). |
