Vinaigrette dressing for salads. Gluten free, egg free.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 3-4 Garlic cloves, sent through press
- 3/4 teaspoons Oregano
- 3/4 teaspoons Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
Directions

| Mix all ingredients in a jar or plastic storage container and shake until well blended. |

| Let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend. |

| Pour onto salad, toss and enjoy! |
