Greek salad dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves, sent through press
  • 3/4 teaspoons Oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoons Basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or plastic storage container and shake until well blended.
2. Let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend.
3. Pour onto salad, toss and enjoy!
