Ingredients
- 1 box Zatarain's gluten free jambalaya mix (don't judge--this is for a quick weeknight meal!)
- 1-2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 package gluten free sausages, sliced (I use Johnsonville chicken sausage)
- 1-2 c. raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 1/2 c. water
- salt & pepper to taste
Optional
- green onion, diced
Directions
1. | Heat water to a boil; add chicken, sausage and contents of Zatarain's jambalaya package. | |
2. | Bring to boil; once boiling, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. | |
3. | Add shrimp & green onion and cook another 10 minutes. | |
4. | Serve hot. |
