pickled asparagus roll-ups

Ingredients
- 1 lb. gluten free salami
- 1 package cream cheese (nondairy works well)
- 1 large jar pickled asparagus
Note
My friend introduced these to me a few years back and I fell in love with them! These are a staple at our house for parties and we rarely have any left over.

Directions
1. | Open jar of asparagus and drain brine off. | |
2. | Spread about 1 tsp. cream cheese on a slice of salami, place asparagus spear in the middle, and roll up. Stack on a tray, seam side down. | |
3. | Repeat until all asparagus have been rolled. | |
4. | Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. |
