  • 1 lb. gluten free salami
  • 1 package cream cheese (nondairy works well)
  • 1 large jar pickled asparagus


My friend introduced these to me a few years back and I fell in love with them! These are a staple at our house for parties and we rarely have any left over.

1. Open jar of asparagus and drain brine off.
2. Spread about 1 tsp. cream cheese on a slice of salami, place asparagus spear in the middle, and roll up. Stack on a tray, seam side down.
3. Repeat until all asparagus have been rolled.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
