grilled lemon salmon


  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 wild Alaskan salmon fillet (NEVER use or buy farmed fish!)
  • sea salt & pepper to taste


1. Slice lemon & line in foil
2. Set fillet on top of lemon (do not have fish sit on lemon for more than 20 minutes or the acids in the lemon will start to "cook" the flesh
3. Sprinkle with sea salt & fresh ground pepper.
4. Seal foil & grill on grill or campfire for about 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
