gluten free onion rings
Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced thickly
- 2 c. milk or nondairy alternate
- 1/2 c. gluten free bread crumbs (I pulse some gluten free bread in a food processor)
- 1/2 c. rice or corn cereal, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp. gluten free Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
Directions
1.

| Slice onion and soak in milk for a few hours. |

| Mix remaining ingredients together; toss onion rings in breading mixture |
3.
|
| Bake 450 degrees for about 15 minutes. |
4.
|
| Serve hot. |
