gluten-free turkey gyros
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. sour cream (can use nondairy if dairy-sensitive)
- 1/4 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled & diced
- 1 package Udi's gluten free pizza crust
- handful of kalamata olives, pitted & halved
Optional
Directions

| Saute ground turkey in a little olive oil with garlic & dry spices; cook until no longer pink. |

| In the mean time, mix feta with sour cream (omit this step if not using cheese). |

| Heat gluten free pizza crusts in microwave until pliable; load up with turkey mixture and top with olives, red onion, sour cream mixture & cucumbers. Enjoy! |
