gluten free shrimp tacos
Ingredients
- 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. tequila
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 Tbs. chopped cilantro
- 3-4 cloves garlic, sent through press
- sea salt to taste
- corn tortillas, sour cream, avocado or other toppings
Directions

| Peel, devein & rinse shrimp. |

| Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss with shrimp; let marinate about 15 minutes. |

| In a pan over medium high heat, saute shrimp for a few minutes until cooked and the tails curl. Do not overcook or they will be chewy. |

| Serve on corn tortillas topped with avocado, cilantro, sour cream or whatever you want to add. |
