Ingredients
- 1 c. walnuts
- 6 medjool dates, pits removed
- 1/2 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions
| 1. | Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until a uniform, fine texture. | |
| 2. | Scoop 1 Tbs. balls and squeeze/roll together to form ball the size of large gumballs. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. | |
| 3. | Put oven on the lowest setting. | |
| 4. | Let warm in oven for about an hour; this will dehydrate them a bit so the exteriors aren't sticky to the touch, but the date candies will be gooey inside. | |
| 5. | Cool & eat! |
