Grill roasted veggies
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch asparagus, chopped
- 1-2 zucchini, chopped
- 1-2 yellow squash, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1-2 red, yellow and/or orange bell peppers, chopped
- 3-4 cloves garlic, sent through press
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- sea salt & pepper to taste

Directions

| Preheat & clean grill. |

| In a resealable bag, add all of the chopped veggies, garlic, olive oil and seasonings, seal and shake until all veggies are covered. |
3.

| Throw veggies into a grill basket and cook while your other food is cooking, stirring occasionally. |
4.
|
| Remove from grill and serve hot! *I like to make a ton of veggies on the grill and then package them up to take to lunch the following week. |
