Ingredients
- 2-3 sweet potatoes or yams, peeled & sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 3/4 teaspoons hungarian paprika
Directions
| 1. | Preheat oven to 450 degrees. | |
| 2. | Place all ingredients into a resealable bag and toss to coat. | |
| 3. | Space evenly on a baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, flip potatoes over and bake another 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. **Serve with Honey Lime dip** |
