Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground beef (Omit meat products or substitute with ground meatless crumbles for vegetarian/vegan option. )
- 1 can corn
- 1 can chopped olives
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened milk alternate
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or vegan cheddar cheese
Directions

| Saute meat (or meatless alternate) in a pan with a little olive oil, garlic and onion; drain any fat. |

| Mix remaining ingredients into "meat" mixture. Pour into greased 9x9x2 pan. |

| Sprinkle cheddar cheese or vegan cheddar cheese on top. |
4.

| Bake 365 degrees for 1 hour. |
