dairy free sea salt caramel ice cream
non dairy ice cream, ice cream, caramel, caramel ice cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup sea salt caramel sauce (see recipe on website)
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon Bird's eggless custard powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
Directions

| Make a paste with a few tablespoons of nondairy milk at Bird's custard powder. |

| Heat remaining milk and sugar in a sauce pan; whisk in custard powder mixture. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. |

| Remove milk from heat and stir in caramel sauce. Refrigerate or cool to room temperature. |
4.

| Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions, about 30 minutes or so. |
5.
|
| Transfer into a freezer container and freeze until ice cream has set. |
