Ingredients

  • 2 c. gluten free graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. nondairy butter, melted
  • 14 oz. nondairy sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 6 oz nondairy chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Pulse gluten free graham crackers in food processor until you have 2 c. worth of crumbs. Mix in melted butter.
3. Press graham cracker crust into a prepared 9x9 pan.
4. Pour nondairy sweetened condensed milk over the crust.
5. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top and gently press down.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until cconut is toasted and sweetened condensed milk is bubbling around the pan edges.
7. Let cool completely before cutting.
