Greek chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, butterflied
- 1/2 c. feta cheese
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
- a handful of kalamata olives, sliced in half
- 1/2 c. chopped or sliced sundried tomatoes
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 Tbs. olive oil

Directions

| Preheat your grill. |

| In a bowl, mix all ingredients except the chicken and set aside. |

| Throw chicken on grill; flip and grill on the other side. If your chicken is uniform in thickness, this should only take a few minutes per side. |

| Once chicken is cooked through, turn grill off. Divide tomato/feta/olive mixture evenly between chicken breasts. Close grill and let cheese mixture heat through (3-5 minutes) |
5.

| Plate and serve! |
