Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 package white chocolate chips
- 1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. rootbeer concentrate

Directions

| Line a 9x9 pan with foil and spritz with olive oil |

| In a large saucepan, mix sugar, milk and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once at a rapid boil, stir for an additional 4 minutes. |

| Remove pan from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallow crème. |

| Take 1/3 of the mixture and put in a separate bowl, mixing with the vanilla extract. |

| To the remaining mixture, add 2 tsp. rootbeer concentrate. Immediately add to the 9x9 pan, adding the white layer on top, swirling a bit. |
6.

| Refrigerate until firm. Once firm, remove fudge from pan by lifting out with foil. Cut into equal pieces and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator. |
