gluten-free, dairy-free Philly cheesesteak sandwich

Ingredients
- 12oz steak, sliced thinly
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 green pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 red onion, sliced thinly
- 2-3 Garlic cloves, sent through press
- 2 tsp. gluten free Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. tamari (wheat free soy sauce)
- 2 tsp. rice flour
- 1/2 c. nondairy milk
- 2 oz. non-dairy cheese
- 1/4 tsp dry powdered mustard
- gluten free buns or rolls
Directions
1.

| Sprinkle meat with salt & pepper; cook in pan with a little oil until no longer pink. Set aside. |

| Sautee onion, peppers and garlic in a little oil until tender, about 5 minutes. |

| Toss onion & peppers with meat; cover to keep warm and reduce heat to low. |
4.

| In a saucepan put rice flour and a few Tablespoons of nondairy milk; whisk. |

| Slowly add remaining milk and bring to a boil. Allow to boil until thick. Remove from heat and stir in nondairy cheese and powdered mustard. |
6.

| Toast bread or rolls; divide meat mixture and top with cheese mixture. |
7.
|
| Eat! |
