Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sorghum flour
- 1/3 c. tapioca starch
- 1/3 c. superfine brown rice flour
- 1 Tbs. flax meal + 3 Tbs. water
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
- 1 c. nondairy milk (I used vanilla Blue Diamond almond milk)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. gluten free vanilla
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Is there anything I could sub in place of the brown rice flour? In addition to gluten my lil guy with allergies is allergic to rice and oats. I would love to find a waffle recipe for him!
Let me experiment with coconut and almond flour to see how they turn out…they’ll likely need a little more liquid with those alternate flours.
