Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbs. flax meal + 6 Tbs. water
  • 3 bananas mashed with 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbs. almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. brown rice flour
  • 2/3 c. sorghum flour
  • 1/3 c. tapioca starch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a prepared loaf pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the bread.
3. Try to let it cool before slicing it, but that's a VERY difficult task.
