crab salad (GF & Paleo)

  • 2 Alaska king crab legs, cooked, shelled & chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 stalk celery, chopped thinly
  • 1 Tbs. mayonnaise (use Paleo mayo--check out the recipe from Nom Nom Paleo)
  • salt & pepper to taste


1. Prep your crab by shelling and chopping to desired size.
2. Mix mayo, green onion, celery, salt & pepper into the crab.
3. Refrigerate for about an hour to let flavors blend.
4. Serve in lettuce wraps, on cucumber rounds or with gluten free crackers.
